The founder and creative director of Holly Roach Weddings.
A British-born planner with a love of bold aesthetics, big celebrations and everything unconventional.
Her brand embodies the essence of modern British editorial style: artistic, elegant and a bit quirky. She's confident behind the scenes, full of ambition, emotionally aware and has brave new ideas.
Raised bilingual and fascinated by art & design thanks to her creative parents, she was always drawn to what was happening behind the scenes. (Her childhood dream was to be part of the admin team behind F1, don’t ask why)
Holly moved to Germany at age eighteen and never looked back. A solo leap of faith. These days she lives in the German city of Erfurt together with her partner, Anna.
So now she runs Holly Roach Weddings – her business baby and creative outlet, where she pours energy into your celebration like it’s her own.
For her, this isn’t just planning. It’s art and fashion. It’s storytelling. It’s creating weekends that guests will talk about for decades.

Whether it’s a tablescape inspired by interior design, a fashion forward metropolitan wedding, or a multi-day celebration in the sun drenched hills of southern Europe, every element is thoughtfully curated with intention, beauty, and emotional depth.
How she got here
She started her career in luxury hospitality, at one of Europe’s most exclusive five-star hotels, Schloss Elmau in Bavaria. There she learned how to plan events at the highest level, including a discreet royal wedding. Supporting the operational team behind the G7 Summit in 2022 was a highlight, as well as being the personal translator for the wife of the German Chancellor during the event.
It was during her time at Schloss Elmau, connecting with guests from around the world, that she found the courage to start a business of her own.
Alongside her event expertise Holly is also a trained barista and certified young wine sommelier. She just loves the finer details of life and hospitality.
Now after intense training through the Avantgarde Academy, she is professionally trained in the exclusive wedding and event sector.
